We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our team supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities at our Supported Living Services in Bognor Regis and Merston (between Bognor and Chichester).

This is permanent full-time role of 39 hours per week.

Salary: £12.67 per hour.

What your typical day would look like:

  • Supporting a diverse group of learning-disabled adults with complex needs and varying levels of challenging behaviours.
  • Managing those behaviours in positive ways and increasing everyday life skills with the involvement of stimulating activities.
  • Supporting our service users in all aspects of daily living and personal care.
  • Report writing and care planning.


Ideally you will have completed a Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care. We will also consider candidates who have the relevant experience for this role who are willing to complete this qualification once in post.

Open-mindedness and adaptability along with great communication skills are must.
You will also need the ability to direct and organise a small team of support workers.

All successful applicants must be willing to complete an Enhanced Adult DBS Check.
